Posture/work setup during isolation for the COVID 19 Caronavirus crisis

Dear all

I hope you are well and trying to stay healthy and sane in these challenging times.

Please be mindful of your posture and avoid sitting on the laptop on a sofa, try set up a work station at a desk with a good supportive chair, failing which on the dining room table  with a dining room chair, try tucking a pillow or cushion in behind your lower back. Preferably get at the very least a keyboard and a mouse and prop the laptop up onto a small pile of books to get it to the appropriate height. Remember to get up and move often (every 45 minutes).

Remember to drink water throughout the day (approximately 1 litre for every 30kg of body weight) per day. (ie. 60kg = 2 litres, 90kg = 3 litres).

Eat healthy and try do some light exercise to keep you moving.
